Getting Ready for College Conference

This free conference is held annually in the fall and is open to all high school students and their parents throughout the West Contra Costa Unified School District. Students and parents will learn about college life from former WCCUSD students and how to make college a reality by participating in workshops on college planning, college admissions and financial aid. The conference will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Contra Costa College from 10:00am – 2:00pm.

The event is hosted jointly by the Ed Fund, West Contra Costa Unified School District, and the West County College Access Network, a consortium of 25+ organizations dedicated to increasing the number of college-bound students in the district.

Parents and students are encouraged to attend together, but students may attend without their parents. Advance registration is preferred but not required.
