Helen Hagos is a Graduation Coach at Kennedy High School. She works to help students graduate through: identifying students or subgroups who have potential graduation problems; planning, implementing, and tracking individual graduation plans; identifying and resolving barriers to graduation; facilitating career choices and planning; and working to improve graduation rates for all population subgroups within the school.
She facilitates monthly meetings with each grade level, to celebrate the student of the month, and monthly lunch meetings between the principal and students to discuss any issues they’re having.
